A Place To Tell Your Story
MY APPROACH
"Holding space is an important and rarely discussed concept. When we hold space for someone, we bear witness to them, their stories, and their pain… We hold the vision of the person being well, being happy, having recovered… Having a good story to describe a person’s travails helps us to hold hands and look in the same direction.”
— Lewis Mehl-Madrona
MY EXPERIENCE
Masters in counseling from the University of Wyoming
Advanced Certificate in narrative therapy and group training for trauma and abuse from the Allender Center in Seattle, WA
Before becoming a therapist I spent 12 years working in a ministry context both internationally and in the U.S.
MY LIFE
In my free time, I love to be outdoors doing just about anything. Hiking, biking, camping with my daughter are a few of my favorite things. I also love reading, watching women’s soccer, and baking the occasional pie.
